This trip came about 10 months ago. We bought an RV January 2023. We had been camping – short trips and talking about going out west. We would head across country to visit family and friends and see parts of the country we had not see before. Robert retired last November and I was cleared to work on the road. Everything was a go.
We shared our plans with framily (friends that are family) and they got excited for us. Then they called and told us they had bought a travel trailer and wondered if we wanted company. Of course we said “Absolutely”. Now there is a small caravan!
Next we went on a long weekend camping trip and met up with Rodney and Debby (our framily) to plan and practice being campers! LOL. We had a great time and we decided our big adventure would happen sometime in late spring.
